Angel Olsen

Angel Olsen is an American music producer and singer-songwriter hailing originally from St. Louis, Missouri living in Asheville North Carolina. At present, Olsen has recorded six albums, including Half Way Home Burn Your Fire for No Witness My Girl All Mirrors, Whole New Mess, and Big Time. My mom has a special capacity to love children. Her parents took her in when she was three years old and who had been caring for her for a while after her birth. Because there are so many decades of difference between us I was more curious about what their childhood was like. More than any other kid at my age, I wanted to know what it might have been like growing to be a teenager in the 1930s and the 1950s. My personal life. On April 16 2021 Olsen was open about her sexuality. Olsen revealed in 2022 that Adele Thibodeaux, her partner for five years, had parted ways with her relationship. She also dated musician Meg Duffy, a longtime friend for several months back in 2020. Olsen first came out in 2021. In the same year, she revealed her love for Meg Duffy on various social platforms. Olsen was was raised in St. Louis Missouri. She began her career in coffee bars located in St. Louis during her teenager years. In the following years, she began to expand and built a community composed of artists who held similar beliefs. The singer-songwriter moved in Chicago in 2006 eventually working alongside California artist Emmett Kelly as part of his group called the Cairo Gang. Her prior album All Mirrors from 2019 featured dark almost gothic synth-rock and affecting forays into music that is orchestral. In Big Time the first album where Olsen sings with a conscious focus on gay love, she switches into a genre with a strong tradition known as country. This seems to make a lot of sense.
